MarylandExpungement.com, formerly MarylandExpungement.com, was founded in 2015 by attorney Randolph Rice to provide an individuals an online medium to clean their criminal records in Maryland, a process known as expungement.
The world lives on the internet and access to the Court system and accomplishing legal business is difficult to do online.
Attorney Rice is a former Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County, Maryland. After three years with the State’s Attorney’s office, he started a private legal practice concentrating on defending individuals charged with criminal offenses, DUI, DWI, and traffic offenses.
He has been recognized by his fellow attorneys as a Super Lawyer – Maryland Rising Star, is ranked by Avvo as a 10 out of 10 in criminal defense and is Lead Counsel Rated.
